CCVGPG

Promoting GIS as a tool for problem solving in California Central Valley communities.

CCVGPG WORKING GROUPS

The members of CCVGPG can organize and participate in working groups. These working groups fulfill a specific mission related to the application of GIS in the California Central Valley. For example: The Public Land Survey System working group improves and maintains GIS information about corner monuments of the Public Land Survey System. Most of the working groups focus on one or more of the following three (3) activities:

  1. Standards for Geospatial Data Exchange
  2. Standards for Geospatial Data Creation and Maintenance
  3. Production, Integration, and Hosting of Geospatial Data

CCVGPG is in the process of incubating five (5) working groups. You can find information on each of these using the links below:

If you would like to participate in a working group, or set-up a new working group at CCVGPG, please contact Landon Blake.
